Friends of Music Membership

Join the Somerset Friends of Music today to help assist our music programs and support our music students.  

• Individual Membership - one person - $15 annual membership fee
• Family Membership - two or more persons MUST live in same household - $25 annual membership fee
  
  

FOR NEW MEMBERS:  Fill out this Google Form to submit your membership form.  You will need to submit multiple forms for multiple people from the same household.  Then use this Zeffy link to submit your membership dues payment, with the option to make it automatically pay your membership dues each year on July 1st.

FOR RENEWING MEMBERS:  Each year, membership dues renew on July 1st.  If you purchased your membership through the Zeffy platform, there was the option to pay your dues automatically on July 1st.  If you are not renewing membership automatically, then you will receive an email from the SFOM asking for your renewal.  There is no need to fill out another membership form, just send in the annual membership dues by August 31st.  

Payments can either be in cash, check (payable to "Somerset Friends of Music"), or online via Zeffy.
