Friends of Music Membership

Join the Somerset Friends of Music today to help assist our music programs and support our music students.  

• Individual Membership - one person - $15 annual membership fee
• Family Membership - two or more persons MUST live in same household - $25 annual membership fee
  
  

FOR NEW MEMBERS:  Download the pdf form below and send to our PO Box (address below) or scan it and email to [email protected]
Alternatively, you can fill out the Google Form to submit your membership form, you will need to submit multiple forms for multiple people from the same household.

FOR RENEWING MEMBERS:  Each year in July you should receive an email from the SFOM asking for your renewal for the upcoming school year and confirming your information on file.  There is no need to fill out another membership form, just send in the annual membership dues by August 31st.

Payments can either be in cash, check (payable to "Somerset Friends of Music"), or online via Givebutter (below)
